Meet the Team: Administrative Assistant, Rebecca Cornell
I’ve been at CardioSolution for a year and a half now! Prior to my role here, I was a Safety & Recruiting Administrator. I enforced compliance company-wide for all drivers, ran all necessary checks per Department Of Transportation regulations, and recruited contract employees.
What is your role on the Admin Team?
I am responsible for managing payroll for our support staff, invoicing for hours worked, maintaining compliance files, and onboarding any of our on-site staff members. In addition, I track support staff benefits, maintain the timeclock for on-site staff, and create and submit all reimbursements for our physicians and support staff.
When you aren’t working, what do you like to do for fun?
Traveling, painting and other crafty projects, and spending time with my family, friends, and fur babies.

Creative, caring, and positive
What does your ideal work day look like?
Sleeping in a little and working from home. That way, I can enjoy an afternoon walk with my dogs or a lunchtime craft session and take advantage of not having to sit in traffic for 2 hours of my day. Then, I’d spend the time saved with my family and friends to wind down.
What is your favorite part of what you do here at CardioSolution?20
I feel like I am part of a bigger picture here. I think sometimes we get lost in paperwork and forget that everything we do makes it possible for the physicians, RNs, and Techs we work with to save lives every day. Knowing that makes each day so rewarding!
If you were a Cath Lab RN or Tech, where would your ideal assignment be?
Near the ocean!
Lastly, what advice would you offer a new member of our team of field staff?
Never be afraid to reach out and ask questions. Everyone on our team knows their role inside and out and we’re always happy to help!
