Refer a Physician

  • Refer your anesthesiology or general/interventional cardiology friends, family or colleagues
  • Earn up to $10,000 for every new physician referral that we place full-time
  • Receive payment after your referral’s first 30 days of work

Refer a Nurse or Allied Professional

  • Refer your full-time cath lab RN, cath lab tech, IR and Echo friends, family or colleagues
  • Earn up to $2,000 for every non-physician referral that we place full-time
  • Receive payment after your referral’s first 30 days of work

Refer a CRNA

  • Refer your CRNA friends, family or colleagues
  • Earn up to $5,000 for every new CRNA referral that we place full-time
  • Receive payment after your referral’s first 30 days of work

Terms & Conditions

I. Objective

The referral bonus program offers a one-time payment per referral to help VitalSolution attract, hire, and retain the very best healthcare talent in the United States.

II. Individuals eligible for a referral payment

You must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity) and a legal resident of the United States who is at least 18 years of age to participate in the referral bonus program.

III. Individuals not eligible for a referral payment

The following people/entities are not eligible to participate in this referral program:

  • Staffing/recruiting agencies or consultants, or any employee or consultant of a third party to whom VitalSolution is contractually obligated to pay a fee for the hiring of an individual referred by, or working for such third party.
IV. Qualifications
  • The referral must not have been in active communication with a VitalSolution recruiter within the past 30 days.
  • The referral must not be a former employee or be actively in process.
  • Referral must start coverage within 6 months of the referral date.
  • Please note that the non-physician referral amount for PRNs is $500 after 30 days worked.
