Sean Ebner named President of Physician Services

CardioSolution is thrilled to welcome Sean Ebner to the team as President of Physician Services for our national operation!

Sean Ebner brings over twenty-five years of consulting, staffing and workforce management experience, with much of the past ten years spent in healthcare. He has held several senior level executive positions, including president and officer-level roles in multiple publicly traded companies. Before CardioSolution, Ebner led physician services for AMN Healthcare, its second largest division, establishing the company as the leader among all publicly traded companies. During this time, he helped create, and bring to market, important innovations including: Locums MSP, Revenue Cycle Management, CMO, and Physician Transition Management Services.

A successful executive, author and speaker, Ebner has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Leaders” and is a highly regarded thought leader in workforce trends, staffing, industry innovation and competitive dynamics. He has been called to testify before congress on physician workforce related topics, and his commentary has been cited in Forbes, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CIO Magazine and many other publications.

As a member of the leadership team, Ebner will be responsible for positioning CardioSolution as the standard for hybrid outsourced cardiology solutions. His focus will be on accelerating continued growth for core offerings, expanding services vertically within the CardioSolution customer base, and developing new lines of business including telehealth and horizontal expansion into additional specialties and service offerings.
